I love this eyeliner. I own it in black and I use it everyday.

The applicator is a brush type, which takes a little time to get used to. However, I perfer it to felt tip.

This eyeliner does not wear off. I wear it from 6am-9pm every day. This includes a 1.5 hour swim practice and it still stays on!

The product in the bottle does tend to dry up after a little while (a year or so) but I throw mine out then anyway because I don't want to have bateria.

Overall, this is a wonderful product at a cheap price.

Pros: Stays on very well, gives a nice black line, very cheap
Cons: Applicator brush not felt tip (which I find easier but I know many people hate), tends to dry up after a little while

I unfortuantly did not have much luck with this. While I was initially impressed by the dark true black color of this and how easy I found the application process to be, this stuff had not wear time on me. Within a couple of hours the liner had flaked off of my eyes and looked awful. I applied it just like any other liquid liner and have never had any problems with any but this one.

I really don't like black eyeliners that much...it ususlly does nto look good on me at all. One day I was in Walgreens buying soemthing adn I saw this for $1. This just seemed to worth it and not risky at all (at that price) so i decided to give the liquid version a try. Can we say SCORE!!!. NYC products are so good!! This was coal black. exactly what i needed. for somebody who isn't that experieneced with eyeliners you think the liquid type application would be impossible to get down but with a lil bit of time and patiencei got it on and it looked great. not to mention it stayed on all day until i took it off. Did not even smudge, flake either. Good one!!
