this is the worst eyeliner ever. i had high expectations for this, especially being by stila. their stuff is generally really great.
i was initially buying this to try on my inner rims of my eyes. i use mac's fluidline for that purpose, but for that, i need a brush and figured i'd need a pencil for those times i have no time or patience for a brush and gel.
i used it and it literally glided on without me barely touching my skin. it was actually fun drawing on my eyes with this lol unfortunately, that was the only perk because this thing ran like no other and smeared so easily. i didn't even touch my eyes and it was all over. i don't even have oily lids!
i definitely won't be repurchasing.
