this toner is great cus its not oily and doesnt dry my skin
he even got a nice smell

    Review on: Neutrogena - Pore Refining Toner
    This toner is supposed to get rid of excess dirt and oil while making your pores look smaller. I didn't notice a change in my skin, and this toner seemed irritating. So I wouldn't recomend it for sensitive skin. This is a drugstore brand, and not too expensive. Might be worth trying if you have really oily skin and large pores. But it didn't work for me, and I won't buy this again.
